We regret to announce the death of Elizabeth Francesca Sonson, also known as Franscica Joseph of La Pansee Castries, Saint Lucia, who passed away at the Adelaide Memorial Home on Tuesday September 2, 2025. She was born in Choiseul and was 94 yrs old.
She was predeceased by;
Her fourteen siblings, including:
Hubert Sonson and Rita of Choiseul
Her Son:
Percival Terrance Sonson of La Pansee Castries
Left to mourn are;
Her Daughters :
Morella Joseph Vitalis and family, including her husband Hubert Aurelien, and grand daughter Aeisha Vitalis of Bonne Terre, Gros- Islet
Anastasie Sonson and family, including Gills Ceromain, grand-daughter, Merlinda Joseph and great grand-son Ajani Joseph of Ti Rocher, Castries
Her Son:
Jean Francois Sonson and family including his wife Stephny Sonson, her grandson Jean-Mikhail Sonson and wife, and step grand children, Aza-Anne and Lekeisha Alexander of Ajax Ontario, Canada

The family of her late brother Reginald Jn Baptiste, aka Reggie of Choiseul, Trinidad and Tobago and the UK
The family of her late brother Andrew Jn Baptiste (Joseph) of Choiseul, including Jennifer Joseph in Montserrat and siblings in Saint Lucia
The family of her late brother Innocent (Ignatius) Sonson of Choiseul and Laborie, including Sylvester Sonson and siblings
The family of her late brother Joseph Sonson also known as Wawhy of Choiseul, including Melani in Choiseul and siblings residing in Canada
The family of her late brother Joseph Sonson also known as Samson, his wife Mary Sonson and children, including nieces: Medard, Margaret, Dedeair, Catherina and nephews: Callistus, Alvin and Elvis all residing in the USA

Her caregivers of the NICE Program, including Janna, Gladia, and Supervisor Ms. Fannis, and the staff of the Adelaide Memorial Home, including Christine and Shevon
The Ceromain family of Ti Rocher, Castries and
Many other relatives, friends, and God-children, in Saint Lucia, Martinique, the USA, and Canada, including Christina Antoine in Choiseul
The funeral of the late Elizabeth Francesca Sonson, also known as Franscica Joseph of La Pansee Castries, will be held on Thursday September, 25 at St. Joseph The Workers Church in Gros- Islet at 2:00 pm. Thereafter, her body will be interred at the Gros-Islet, Cemetery.
The cortege leaves Rambally Funeral Parlour at 1:00 pm for the church, and the body will be interned in the Gros-Islet Cemetery.
Her body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, Calvary Road, Castries.
May She Rest In Peace.
