With deep sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Irena MItchel also known as You-Youn or Urainia, who left us on Monday 3rd, March 2025 at approximately 7:30 p.m. at the age of 63 years old. She was the heart of our family, a source of wisdom, kindness, and unconditional love.

Irena MItchel was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She lived a life full of love, laughter, and generosity, always putting her family first. Her warmth and gentle spirit touched everyone she met, and she will be deeply missed.

She was pre-deceased daughter Glena Michael of Aubriere

She is survived by her 3 children;

The funeral service of the late Irena Mitchel also known as You Youn or Urainia will be held on Friday 2nd May, 2025 at The Lady of Our Assumption Catholic Church, Vieux-Fort at 2:30pm, and her body will be laid to rest at the Micheal O’Brian Private Cemetery in La Tourney Vieux Fort.

May she rest in perpetual peace. Mom, We love you forever!

Special note in remembrance, a touch of Fuchsia Pink may be worn to the service.
