It is with profound sadness we announce the death of our loving husband, father, brother and friend, Hugh Samuel also known as Mence, Borrie, Soul or Dada of La Tourney, Vieux Fort who passed away in Ireland on Friday, September 29th, 2023 at the age of 61years old. He was an employee of St Clair & Associates Inc (STACS).

The funeral service of our beloved Hugh Samuel also known as Mence will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, Vieux Fort on Monday, November 13th, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. His body will be laid to rest at the Marguerite O’Brian Private Cemetery.
His body now lies at Rambally’s Funeral Parlour, La Tourney, Vieux Fort.
